Era Tua USA Shipping Policy

Era Tua USA ships orders to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Orders placed by 11:00 AM PT are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please consider this processing time when selecting your shipping method. For delivery timelines in your area, please check the carrier’s website.

Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Times

  • Ground Shipping: Up to 8 business days within the contiguous U.S.
    Available for shipments only within the Continental U.S.

  • Express 2-3 Days: 2-3 business days to most areas.

  • Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by the end of the day.

  • Alaska and Hawaii: Must select 2nd Day or Overnight shipping.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are weight-based and vary by destination. To align with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

Processing Time
Orders placed by 11:00 AM PT are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Hazardous Materials
Certain items, such as aerosol products, alcohol-based items, and products containing flammable or pressurized materials (e.g., hairspray), are classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Orders containing HAZMAT items have shipping restrictions: only 2nd Day and Overnight shipping options are available for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Ground shipping is not available for these destinations.

PO/APO/FPO Boxes
We are unable to ship to PO/APO/FPO Boxes at this time. If such an address is entered, your delivery may be delayed. We will contact you for an alternate delivery address or issue a refund for your order.

Free Shipping Promotion
Orders qualifying for our FREE shipping promotion are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and are available only within the Continental U.S. This promotion excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and oversized packages.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled upon request before they are processed in the warehouse. Once an order is processed, it must be shipped back to Era Tua USA for a refund.
